What You Will Do:
- Actively hunt and expand for new sales leads, conducting cold calls or cold visits, scheduling appointments, pitching and delivering presentations, and closing the deals with the clients.
- Manage relationship and negotiations with the B2B clients
- Handle the end to end sales process until the contract signing
- Work under specific B2B sales target or B2B client acquisition number
- Managing recruitment process from gathering the job requirements from the clients as being the bridge between our recruiter and clients to fulfill the clients requirements
- Update and manage CRM
What We Are Looking For:
- Talent ready with 1-2 years of experiences in Sales related field or Fresh Graduates with internship experiences are welcome
- A great communicator with business-level English proficiency
- Proactive and target-oriented attitude
- Ability to adapt in fast pace environment
